Welcome to MDWIT, where women and technology come together! MDWIT is a new non-profit organization that promotes women's entry into and advancement in the technology workforce including the areas of engineering and technology. Through the development and dissemination of best practices we stimulate girls interest in technology, encourage young women interested in technology careers, support the advancement of women in technology careers to leadership positions, and advocate for women starting their own companies around technology. We achieve this by partnering with regional, national, and international institutions who are also dedicated to promoting girls and women in technology at all levels.
