Postdocs Positions Available -- Arkansas
(Arkansas Center for Laser Applications and Science)Two postdocs positions available - one in
nonlinear spectroscopy and one,
perhaps two,
in biotechnology. Please note that US
citizenship is required.
Both in highly
interdisciplinary groups.

university/industry team investigating
photocatalytic
oxidation of bacteria for
disinfection purposes.
Successful
candidates should have a recent Ph.D. in
bioengineering,
biophysics, biochemistry,
physical chemistry, applied physics,
engineering
or other relevant discipline
with a strong background in
experimental
research. Team members
with microbiological experience
and/or
biophysics/biochemistry/bioengineering
expertise are preferred. In
the
interdisciplinary lab environment, prior
experience in optical methods such
as
fluorescence and other optical diagnostics
would be useful.
The salary
